I discovered similar symptoms on my 2012 CPO 550ix today. Mild rotten smell in the car, water gushing out of rear doors when opened, and rear floormats soaking wet.
I haven't found a lot of information on this issue in the F10 yet, but I will keep looking and, if I find something useful, I will post it. Not exactly looking forward to taking the car back to the service center again.
