It's a bit apples to oranges. Neomax are linear springs, but V3's are progressive. I would save that the V3's are definitely more forgiving on rough roads, but the Neomax feels more planted when you're on good roads. It all depends on what you're looking for.
I enjoy the V3's more at the moment because my SO doesn't hate my car anymore
