Can be a combination of both. I installed mine with one panel screw from the bottom (near the wheel well), and then double-sided tape throughout the remaining underneath. I also put 2 rivets spaced out underneath as well, but this is optional.
These should fit authentic 3D Design front lips as well as the 3D style ones
