I have been wanting to get into a new lease (both of our cars are paid off and now I can use the tax wrote off)

I am getting a quote on a 2013 535i M Sport comfort navi, white on black etc. MSRP is $63,995

I am being offered a 36 month 12000 miles a year $3,000 down and a monthly payment of $656 a month (including tax) according to the numbers. This is $500 over invoice.

Does this sound like a good/bad/normal deal?

I am in SoCal.
