Is car service info shared amongst dealers?

Title says it all:

basically I am lowered on ACS, I was told by the shop doing the install that I have a torn CV Boot and a blown shock, they wanted to know if I wanted to continue with install or revert back to stock, I said go ahead and complete assuming the dealer would take care of this... WRONG. So if I put the car back to stock springs, will another dealer know that I was denied a warranty claim on a blown shock due to a aftermarket spring at the first dealer??

Basically I just want to go back to stock but want to be sure another dealer will fix my problems under warranty.
