If you don't have SAT, he can code/enable the SAT functionalities. In fact he has to enable the SAT in order to get you Launch Control. SAT is only electronics, it's the same transmission.

Interesting.. I learn something new everyday lol. Nope my car actually does not have paddle shifters so i guess i do not have SAT. So basically cars with or without SAT can have launch control.
