Hi Bmw lovers!

I need help for a good friends car. My friends car got this m550d with M5 exhaust, egr delete, dpf off with downpipe and xhp flash.
He got it remapped first time and got like 460hp and 960nm, but it was doing problems at speed over 200 km/h it didnt want to shift from 7 to 8 gear and motor light was coming everytime. It was saying "exhaust gas recurcilation valve position sensor signal open circuit or short circuit", second time the tuner remaps it again, but this time the tuner says on this car do not remove egr, that is why it is making issues.

2.nd problem is that for 2 days ago, he did launch control 2 times, and the second time the car was transmission problems. The car didnt want to shift away from 3.rd to 4.th gear. Now the ecu and tcu all these are reset, so no tune only egr delete and downpipe. But car still makes the same issue with the transmission.

Anyone that can help or relate to something will be presuaded.
