Not normal. But it could be something minor or something major. I would be interested to know how it might differ if you went over the speed bump with just the left side or just the right side. It could be the front sway bar bushing or a link and nothing more, for instance. or it could be a broken or improperly assembled plastic component under the car rubbing on the sway bar as it moves.
Any mods?
