It's dated 10 July and it gives specific months for elements of the system that are being implemented later.
That, together with the fact that they
are actually installing the new system from July (in the USA) leaves UK buyers nowhere.
It would be interesting to know what Jason's source was for the "global" rollout schedule on this forum. I'm sure he passed on the information in good faith but who fed him with it?
