Hi guys,
I just posted a video here that shows how to hardwire (using the V1 hardwire kit) the radar detector in an F10 M5, should be the same for a non-M. I used green wire with the brown stripe on it to tap into. It was hard to access the ground bolt, but with a swivel accessory it is possible. I referenced this guide for help as well. -
