Just ordered mine yesterday, can't wait to get it.
As for the vids, do you use Windows or Apple? If windows, you can go into Windows Movie Maker and decrease the quality a bit so you can upload it to YouTube. YouTube will accept the 270mb attachment, it'll just take forever lol.
Can you post some pics of the switch in the mirror housing? Did you physically put the switch there, or did you get the remote to work with one of the buttons on the home link mirror?
