So after doing a test fitment with the 3m tape I feel that maybe because the wing sits or hangs pretty far off the trunk it feels like it's going to fall off and not as sturdy. You press on the edge of the wing and I can feel it give a bit. I'm sure it'll stay but I'll feel more confident if I go with the Betalink Adhesive. Its $34 bucks from getbmwparts.com but they want $13 bucks for shipping!
