There'a another thread here that addresses that issue. Look up 'jerk' or 'hesitate' from 0-10mph. I think that's the one.
I've contacted my dealer who acknowledges release 43 and it's usage in fixing the problem. I am due to be scheduled in as soon as it becomes available for general issue. Apparently it takes a couple of hours.
