Its really easy, just get a plastic panel tool kit, and a T15 torx screw driver.
All the panels pop right out, except the center console. You'll need to remove the little trim that goes over the button for the arm rest and take out 1 T15 screw, then pop out the console using a panel popper, disconnect all the wires and you're done.
On a scale of 1-10, its probably about 2.5/10
