I am experiencing this same exact problem; constant carbon / exhaust buildup on my chrome exhaust tips. And unfortunately, I haven't kept up with cleaning and now they're impossible to get clean.
Does anyone know how Nevr-Dull compares to White Diamond? And any other tips / tricks to share?
