Yeah it is okay for TX government to kill people by injection but you are not allow to kill someone who broke into your home and attacks your family.

Like I said if the Father shot the guy, he may have fair a lots better verse beating him to death. You know the other side will argue that once he had him off his daughter and probably knock out the threat was over and anything he did after that was murder not self defense or under the Castle doctrine of stand your ground.
