I agree its basically a hatchback 7 Series. If i were to option a 7 Series (750i) the way mine is optioned it would have cost well over 100k USD.
The value of the car is apparent in comparison to the 7. My question is why they didnt just call it a 7? The overall look is more 7 with the exception of the front facia which is a cross between the F01 and the F10, but the rest of the body is more 7 Series. The wheelbase and overall length bascially mirror the 750i. One cant even make the argument that its a discontented version of the 7 either, as the rear interior design/amenities (standard seating and/or luxury package) when fully optioned is nicer. This is a fact.
