The 'adaptive' bit means that they turn with the steering wheel and, to me, is one of the car's greatest features. Find an unlit and twisty country road and prepare to be amazed. Up here in rural Scotland we're spoilt for choice and I often go for a night blast, not just to enjoy the 35d/sport auto power-train, but also the fantastic lights; it's quite uncanny to see around the corners before you get there.
