Talked with BMW NA. They are going to contact the dealer and try to initiate a buy back. Still think it's a long shot but will see what happens. Was justing talking to the service manager again and it's a wiring issue with the fuel injector this time. They have no idea how it could have happened. Basically the pins that connect the wires from the computer to the injectors popped out. Go figure.
