1- Try re-doing that log and this time keep that accelerator pedal to the floor. Look at "accelerator pedal pos %" and that is your foot on the pedal. PART of what's going on with timing corrections is from coming off throttle (which is normal).

2- on OTS tunes, it's not uncommon to have throttle closure. To get a better idea of what's going on with your log, you need to add the "Boost psi mani" channel. What you're seeing there as "boost psi" is what the TMAP sensor is reading (at the charge pipe). We want to see what is actually getting into the intake manifold (boost psi mani), as that is what the DME is using as reference to modulate the throttle body. What's likely happening is that the DME is seeing that actual boost in the manifold is about to go over boost target (which is like a boost ceiling of sorts), so to keep it from going over it uses the TB to regulate how much air/ pressure gets into the manifold. So seeing this mani channel would confirm proper operation of an OTS tune.

Fuel pressure looks good. WGDC is bouncy but expected with the movement of both the accel pedal and TB. IATs are good. MAF is ramping up smoothly. Timing is all over BUT do the above and re-take log for proper assessment :-)
