I too have a staggered set up and xDrive and have had no issues at all. Just a couple of things to consider.

You will go through tires faster because you will not be able to rotate them front to rear.

IF you don't ensure diameter is the same front to rear your AWD will go nuts and you will get error codes.

There is actually no practical reason to have a staggered set up with AWD because you will never have oversteer issues (which is why RWD vehicles used staggered set ups sometimes).

However, I do like the look of the staggered setup which is why I have it!!
