Sounds like a loose belt or maybe a tensioner with a bit too much clearance on the bearing to me. When they heat up, the sound disappears and it's likely you'll have no trouble. We used to check with belt spray on the belt to see if the belt was slipping a bit, but not needed with todays serpentine belts. As long as it quits in 10-15 seconds, I'd say it's no need to be concerned.
