Buying Avant Garde M355s + Michelin PSSs - Anyone Got Any Thoughts

Hi all,

About to bite the bullet & ditch the RFLs (sorta being forced on me because 1 of the RFLs has a huge bulge after only 1600 kms - sigh!).

Am currently running stock M351 rims:
Front 8.5J x 19 245/40 R19 ET33
Rear 9J x 19 275/35 R19 ET44

But I plan to get the:

Avant Garde M355s from mod b arg ains (http://www.**********s.com/Avant-Gar...Wheels-BMW.htm) in a:
Front 9 x 19 ET35
Rear 10 x 19 ET38

All the tyre dealers are saying that I can easily run the Michelin PSSs in my current configuration of 245/40 R19 / 275/35 R19 or I'm also thinking that maybe I can go up 1 size to 255/40 R19 / 285/35 R19.

Bear in mind that I have to import all these rims & tyres from the US into OZ as they're not avail here so I've got freight, customs etc. on top of these prices & I want to make sure that I'm getting the right stuff & not making any mistakes here.

The car is standard M-Sport with IAS, SAT & Adaptive Drive (+ lots other goodies too).

I have no plans to lower the car; just want some decent tyres with good looking rims. I've looked at a lot of threads incl guys who have fitted these same rims (most seem to go for 20" though) for other advice but am still a bit unsure here hence this thread.

So does anyone have any comments here (good or bad) about what I'm looking at doing or even any alternative suggestions. Does anyone see any issues with rubbing, fitment etc. Appreciate any input...thanks all.
