CKS builds to order and after we installed them we noticed that at the ride height I wanted, there wasn't enough thread left in the lower fork. This was because they were using the specs from the last set they built for a customer that wanted to go extra low. I contacted John and he rectified the issue by hand delivering longer bodied shocks literally days later!
