If your vibration starts to worsen or change the mph range that it is happening it is because the wheel is moving around on the hub ever so slightly from braking and cornering.
If you havent physically checked your wheels hub bore i would recommend doing so at that point. Easiest way is to take your lug bolts out and put the wheel on the hub and try to move it around and see if it moves.
It doesnt take much of a difference to cause all of this. I ended up going with a 73.1mm ring which is just about .5mm and that has made a car go from slight vibrations to super smooth just like the stock wheels.
