I Have an X5 with over 150,000 on the N63 in it. I only use Liqui Moly 2332 Leichtlauf High Tech 5W-40 and add 1.5 cans of the Mos2 additive to each oil change.

You will notice a much smoother running engine and it will burn less oil however if your valve guide seals are completely shot like mine were, your going to burn oil no matter what.

Highly recommend this oil for all N63's and S63's and all variants of it. I recently took the engine down to de-carbonize it and install new valve stem seals. Look at the cylinder bores and the cam journals, they look incredible for an engine in a 5300lb vehicle driven the way I drive with over 150K on it. Again highly recommend this oil especially with the Mos2 additive
