I had a similar issue with my 2011 F10 550i a few years back, and ended up having the rear electronic shocks replaced under warranty. I've read in other threads that the electronic shocks on our cars can be problematic, so you might want to have them checked out.
As I recall from the work order, my rear shocks were throwing error codes left and right during diagnostic testing at the dealership. Hopefully you have some sort of extended warranty...
