Once it's lowered:
The ride may be a bit more firmed and improved cornering
Stock shocks may wear a bit faster than normal (depends on your driving style). There is no coilovers available for the xdrive still.
+1 snow clearance issue (minor really)
Once you decided on the springs, have them done @ RMP or Bimmersports
