Just take delivery with runflats and drive them until they need to be replaced. Then replace with regular tires. That way you don't waste a set of runflats and you'll be able to tell whether you actually like them or not.
I've found that RFTs are a very particular thing for BMW owners. Some absolutely loathe them and some are ok with them. Some find them noisy and too hard/stiff and some don't mind.
