I agree.

With that many miles and full warranty about to run out...it actually should be more towards $38K in my mind.

I am negotiating on one (550i M-Sport w/ Prem Pkg 2, HUD) right now that has just over 30K miles and has full warranty until 9/2015 and CPO. I have them down to $43,750. I drove 5 hours to finalize the transaction this past Saturday but the ride did not feel right and there were scratches on the front bumper nose area. I told them to take a look and fix everything before I even consider it and they were very apologetic that they did not do a full test ride and see the scratches before having me drive over. I think they are motivated with the month end next week so I probably going to negotiate it down even further. I am looking to see if I can get it under $40K...could be wishful thinking but hey, you won't know until you try. Forgot to mention that the sales manager said that they will make it right and figure out the issues I felt on the test drive and that they would deduct the cost to repaint the front bumper if they cannot get it done before delivery. They also would have someone drive it to me and then take my car (trade-in) back.

Oh forgot to mention...they are throwing in the previous owners winter wheels. That's $2,000 right there!
