The auto gearbox is a dream, in particular in sport mode. BUT, for cruising on motorways (hence no changes in speed), it keeps the car in a lower gear than in the normal mode. Just configure sport mode to 'chassis only', that way you get quicker steering and flat cornering, but throttle response and shift points remain as normal and you still have all 8 gears. Then, when you really want to get a move on, simply select sport+ and feel the kick in the seat of your pants.
