One thing for you to consider is that the E90 & Co. franchise is approaching the end of its product cycle. Will you be comfortable driving alongside with a bunch of F30s as soon as end of next year? With all due respect the current M3 (or any M3 for that matter) is a great car but some people don't feel like buying late into the cycle.
