Lee - if you're in Germany, don't you already have those? Also, I didn't know there was a difference between North American and Euro headlights. How do they differ (if you know)?
AFAIK, the only option for a Euro F10 taillight conversion is the White Lines (Leebmann BMW in Passau probably has the best price I've seen:
