Some 5 series and the new 3 series have the steering wheel vibration problem between 60 to 70 MPH. Sometimes tire balancing fix the problem, sometime new tires and sometime bent rims is the problem. There was a few post that the dealer tried all 3 fixes above and the problem was still there. If I remember right, there was one BMW buy back I read on the forum due to this problem.
