You have to remove the door panel as the door pull has a few screws that can only be accessed with the door panel off, but it is very easy. There was a video that showed how to do that --- that video was dealing with changing out the speaker I think also it was posted before when somebody else was doing the door pull. Just do a search for door pull or for speaker change.
