First thing you should do is to try out another 530d demo car in your dealer with exactly the same tires and tire size; and see if there is any difference.
I have heard of complaints about 20" or above tires causing harsh ride, but 19" should be better.
If the demo car rides better, then there is something wrong with your car.
If the demo car rides the same, then the only thing you can try is to use 18" rim (though it won't look as good) with 245/50 R18 non-run flat tires. That should give you a much smoother ride.
