F07 (5 Series GT) and F11 share the same rear air suspension and use unique part numbers for a lot of rear axle components, for example the rear sway bar.

There are only two rear sway bar part numbers for F07/F11 without EDC (i.e. independent of engine):
33 55 6 788 860, d=16mm (for vehicles with base suspension)
33 55 6 790 184, d=18mm (for vehicles with M Sport suspension, 704)

If your car isn't equipped with M Sport suspension you can upgrade from 16 to 18 mm rear sway bar.
To clarify, There is a M5 suspension, and then a 550i/Xi MSPORT suspension. Which are you referring to?
Since there is no F11 M5 I'm referring to base vs M Sport suspension on F11.

My previous post is only valid for the rear air suspension, the front suspension is identical on F10 and F11.
