Yes, Bi-Xenon means it does both main and dipped with the same bulb, basically the top of the beam is cut off to give you dipped. That's the case with most Xenon headlights. Some cars have an additional halogen main beam unit (my Porsche does) which makes a decent difference.
The Adaptive LEDs use all four headlight units, the top half of all 4 are lit on dipped beam then various other LEDs come on in the lower part of the units (plus side) when you switch to main beam or auto high beam (even better)
