Sound clips are on Youtube, but the sound is more aggressive on the videos because the exhaust is paired with the downpipes. ( Just search F10 Meisterschaft)
Droning is minimal to none with the valves closes and very reasonable with them fully open.
You can definitely daily it with the valves closed .......or open , just depends on the individual.
