M Sport Suspension/Dynamic Damping Control Order

Ok, so I was unable to sleep late today, and what better use of my time other than check on the production status of my car.

Mind you, this is the first time that I notice this...

I ordered the car in the following configuration:

2013 535i
Imperial Blue
Oyster/Black
Anthracite Wood
DA
M-Sport
Premium
Tech
Sport Auto
Comfort Seats
Heated Seats
Soft-Close Doors
Premium Sound

My build sheet obtained from the dealer reflects exactly this configuration...

On the BMWNA website (where I track the order), there is a slight (albeit pretty big) difference...
The M-Sport package being installed on the car is listed as having both Dynamic Damper control and the M-Sport Suspension, which to my understanding cannot coexist (you get one or the other). The DDC is an additional $1,000.

Now the question is whether the website is wrong, and the car is configured as per the build sheet, or whether BMW goofed and installed the DDC in the car. If the DDC was indeed installed (hence the added $1000), who pays that? Does BMW or will they simply say, take the car as it is now and pay the difference or we can build you another car (and you wait another 2 months)?
