I am not sure what you are trying to achieve by posting here after I responded to your PMs every time, but no matter.
I told you that I would hold them for you. That is not a contract because you yourself said that you would not buy them if BMW wouldn't honor the rest of the warranty you have on your car.
I didn't take the best offer I received, I let you know what it was, and that I still honor your place in line as first buyer. That being said, it doesn't make sense for me not to take the highest offer.
I try to be as upfront and honest about my communication with all interested buyers, and I let you know what happened every time I received an offer.
I apologize if there was a misunderstanding in our conversations.
