Black plates in the uk
Hi
This is a totally random one but thought one of you would know
I am seeing more and more Gurnsey style plates around i.e. Black plate white numbers on cars i doubt were driven over from Gurnsey
Has anyone managed to figure out a way of bending the system and getting black plates in the uk yet?
And no i don't mean the chavtasitic ones i mean the proper looking ones
