Yeah, I just read that too.

Unless BMWNA just changed things on Friday, I can't understand why they would do this.....
1) the E60 costs a lot more to build while the F10 is super-inexpensive?? I really hope that's not the case...
2) They are trying to use reverse psychology in order to sell more E60s before the F10 debuts? That would be the preferable rationale.

Yes, its true. I don't know how BMW is going to sell mid-size sedans up against the new E-Class. My source confirmed the article from Bimmerfile in the form of a memo from BMWNA to all dealerships dated 9/30/09. Also, rollout of the F10 begins in June for the 535 & 550, with the 528 available one month later. I believe all Xi models, including the GT, are delayed past this for a bit.
