For 2013 the msport package no longer includes dynamic damper control or the comfort seats; they're stand alone options. To me the seats are a deal breaker; they are that much better. If your salesman told you that they are included (and they may have thought that since then were with the 2012's) I would go back and ask for a replacement. Do it ASAP before you rack up many miles on it. Good luck
