We would need to know the width of your proposed wheels to know for sure if the offsets are OK, but assuming they are 8.5" for front (standard width for 245 tire) and 9.5" for rear (normal width for 285 tire) then your front offset is fine, and your rear offset is probably OK.

Regarding tire OD, your selection of 30 and 25 ratio tires (front / back respective) gives you less rubber and a thinner tire than OEM, so it will look wrong and also make it more likely that you will damage your wheels on potholes or hard bumps.
