Re the displays you have 3 options:
1. Leave as standard - gets you the analogue dials and needles.
2. Black Panel Display - gets you electronic displays for the speedo/revs and additional LCD panel across the bottom of the display showing additional info. Dials backgrounds are electronic, but not the needles -

3. Multifunction Display - full LCD/TFT background and dials with various options depending on which mode you're in.
