For me the deal breaker is the interior. The seats in audi A6 are horrendous compared to the BMW 5 series.I prefer how the center console wraps around flows into the dash in the BMW.

Yes, but on S6 the seats,leather and interior are vastly improved. If I need AWD, I get the S6. But I can imagine it's gonna be much more expensive than the 550xi
