Normally they don't just do software updates just because you ask them to but that varies from dealer to dealer. Complain about throttle lag and jerky shifting on your car as if you can't even bare driving it another day and the fix for this is usually updating your software to the latest and greatest. Ok so I am getting the software upgrade done on Monday, my car is 2011 with a prod date of 4/10. with the firmware upgrade are there any big improvement that I should see ????
