Mm...£1200 to change the full set, by average the tyre cost about £100 each month. If I keep the car for 5 years, with the cost of the tyres, I could get a big sun roof, radar cruise control, comfort seats... all these. Comparing to the tyre cost, all these options look reasonable priced now.
When I look at the BMW used car web site, many of the 5GT are in 20" tyres. I guess that is not only eye watering?
Does any one has the standard 17" on the 520D? Do they last longer?
