Btw i took my car at the shop first and their was some issues with fitment so they removed the center piece there..

Thanks for the offer to look into the fitment question. Before you set anyone to task, I wanted to clarify where I have the problem...I re-loaded my picture with a red circle showing where the bumper cover bows upward and touches the trunk lid. This is the area that I think must have some sort of alignment tab which the installer missed. Thanks for the offer of help.
